Pemberitahuan dianggap telah diterima
(i) apabila dikirimkan langsung, pada saat diterima, atau
(ii) apabila dikirimkan melalui pos tercatat, pada tanggal hari ke-3 setelah diposkan, atau
(iii) apabila dikirim melalui fax, pada saat ditransmisikan dengan dibuktikan dengan bukti fax.
16.2 Setiap perpindahan alamat wajib diberitahukan secara tertulis selambat-lambatnya 7 hari. Segala resiko yang timbul akibat perpindahan alamat yang tidak diberitahukan secara tertulis menjdai tanggung jawab pihak yang pindah alamat tanpa pemberitahuan tertulis.

The notice is deemed to have been accepted (i) when delivered directly, at the time of admission, or (ii) if delivered by registered mail, on the 3rd day after posted, or(iii) when sent by fax, at the time transmitted with evidenced by proof of fax.16.2 Any compulsory transfer of address notified in writing no later than 7 days. All the risks that arise due to the transfer of addresses that are not notified in writing menjdai the responsibility of the party which moved address without written notice.

(i) if sent immediately, upon receipt, or
(ii) if sent by registered mail, on the 3rd day after they are posted, or
