Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab Koordinator Pemantauan Tingkat Propinsi dan Kabupaten Kota
1. Menyusun rencana pemantauan ditingkat dan di wilayah propinsi.
2. Melakukan pemantauan pemilu ditingkat provinsi dan Kabupaten Kota
3. Mengkoordinir pelaksanaan pelatihan untuk pemantau di tingkatn propinsi dan kabupaten kota serta menjadi fasilitator dalam pelatihan tersebut
4. Mengkoordinir pelaksanaan pemantauan yang dilakukan pemantau di tingkat kabupaten/kota
5. Melakukan komunikasi dengan KPU Provinsi dan Bawaslu Propinsi tentang rencana,proses dan hasil pemantauan
6. Menjalin komunikasi dengan stakeholders (pemangku kepentingan) pemilu yang lain seperti partai politik, aparat penegak hukum, LSM terkait dan lain lain
7. Mendorong masyarakat untuk melakukan pemantauan pemilu
8. Melakukan sosialisasi kepada publik, baik secara langsung maupun melalui media massa tentang rencana, proses dan hasil pemantauan
9. Mengkoordinir laporan proses dan hasil pemantauan di tingkat Propinsi dan Kabupaten/ kota
10. Melakukan pelaporan secara regular kepada KIPP Nasional tentang proses dan hasil pemantauan
