ABSTRAK

Menanggulangi kemiskinan yang terjadi di Indonesia ini bukanlah hal yang mudah, seperti kita membalikkan telapak tangan, butuh rencana dan kerja keras dan untuk meningkatkan masyarakat Indonesia menjadi lebih baik. Untuk mengenali permasalahan yang ada untuk mengatasi dan menyelesaiakan masalah yang dihadapi.
Penulis mengangkat judul Laporan Akhir tentang, “PENDATAAN WARGA MISKIN DALAM RANGKA PENERBITAN KARTU MISKIN DI KECAMATAN ULEE KARENG KOTA BANDA ACEH PROVINSI ACEH” yang difokuskan untuk mengatahui pelaksanaan pendataan warga miskin yang bertujuan untuk penerbitan kartu miskin, di kecamatan Ulee Kareng serta untuk mengetahui kendala atau hambatan apa saja dalam pendataan warga miskin dan menetapkan rumah tangga penerima kartu miskin yang layak mendapatkan kartu miskin tersebut.
Metode yang di pakai dalam penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah metode eksploratif dengan pendekatan induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di pakai oleh penulis adalah dengan wawancara,dokumentasi dan observasi.
Dari hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa pendataan warga miskin di kecamatan Ulee Kareng belum berjalan dengan baik karena ada warga miskin di kecamatan Ulee Kareng yang belum terdata sebagai warga miskin dikarenakan kurangnya koordinasi dalam pendataan antara Badan Pusat Statistik dengan pihak Kecamatan

Data collection techniques are used by the author is by interview, observation and documentation.From the results of observations made known that poor people logging in district of Ulee Kareng not running well because there was a poor citizens in district of Ulee Kareng origin which have not been as poor due to a lack of coordination in data collection between the Central Bureau of statistics with the Subdistrict
