IV sanksi bagi siswa
1. pembinaan secara lisan diberikan kapada siswa yang tidak mematuhi salah satu tata tertib siswa yang menjadi kewajibannya pada bab 2 dan larangan pada bab 3 oleh wali kelas masing-masing.
2. pembinaan khusus diberikan kepada siswa yang telah dua kali mendapat pembinaan lisan yang tertera diatas, dan akan dilakukan Guru BK
3. pemberitahuan tertulis diberikan kepada orang tua/wali siswa apabila seorang siswa telah mendapat pembinaan khusus sebanya dua kali oleh guru BK dalam tiap semester.
4. surat panggilan kepada orang tua/ wali oleh guru BK diberikan apabila seorang siswa telah mendapatkan peringatan-peringatan tertulis dua kali dalam tiap semester dan orang tua/ wali wajib memenuhi panggilan tersebut.
5. pemberian skorsir maksimal 2 hari apabila :
- orang tua telah mendapatkan panggilan kedua oleh guru BK
- Seorang siswa kedapatan membawa senjata tajam seperti bab 3 poin 6
- siswa membentuk organisasi lain selain osis pada bab 3 poin 11
- mencuri barang milik orang lain
- mengompas, memalak pada siswa lain
