Memberitahukan bahwa PIHAK KEDUA sepakat untuk menanamkan modal kepada PIHAK PERTAMA yaitu sebesar USD15.000 (lima belas ribu dollar Amerika) sebelum tanggal 10 November 2019 dan USD50.000 (lima puluh ribu dollar Amerika) pada tanggal 25 November 2019 dan USD35.000 (lima puluh ribu dollar Amerika) dalam jangka waktu 2 bulan kemudian. Penyertaan modal ini akan dikompensasikan sebagai pemegang saham sebesar 12%.

This capital investment will be compensated as shareholders by 12%.
