bahwa penjual bermaksud menjual kepada pembeli tanah dan/atau bangunan di kota deltamas. dan pembeli menyetujui untuk membelinya dari penjual. dan selanjutnya nanti pada waktunya penjual aka menyerahkan tanah dan/atau bangunan tersebut kepada pembeli

bahwa sebelum dilakukannya AKTA JUAL BELI (AJB) atas tanah/atau bangunan di hadapan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) maka para pihak sepakat untuk mengadakan Perjanjian ini terlebih dahulu sesuai syarat-syarat dan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
