Setiap divisi akan dipimpin oleh seorang manajer kemuadian manajer itu akan melaporkan setiap masalah atau pencapaian divisinya kepada pemimpin perusahaan. Dengan begitu komponen dari divisi tersebut dapat langsung menyampaikan laporan atau aspirasinya kepada manajer dan langsung akan membuat keputusan bersama dari setiap komponen yang ada dalam divisi, tentang apa yang akan dihasilkan oleh divisi tersebut. Maka dengan begitu akan lebih efisien dan aspirasi tingkat bawah dapat tertampung dan dapat direalisasikan, karena dalam perusahaan tentunya dibutuhkan kerja tim.
