Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) akhirnya meluncurkan tiga paket kebijakan ekonomi yang bertujuan untuk mendongkrak perekonomian Indonesia. Paket ini juga bertujuan menyikapi perkembangan ekonomi dunia yang berdampak terhadap perekonomian banyak negara termasuk Indonesia.
Pertama, mendorong daya saing industri nasional melalui deregulasi, debirokratisasi, serta penegakan hukum dan kepastian usaha. Setidaknya terdapat 89 peraturan yang dirombak dari sebanyak 154 peraturan yang diusulkan untuk dirombak.
Kedua, mempercepat proyek strategis nasional dengan menghilangkan berbagai hambatan dan sumbatan dalam pelaksanaan dan penyelesaian proyek strategis nasional. Hal itu dilakukan dengan penyederhanaan izin, penyelesaian tata ruang dan penyediaan lahan, serta percepatan pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah.
Ketiga, peningkatan investasi di sektor properti dengan mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk mendorong pembangunan perumahan khususnya untuk masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR), serta membuka peluang investasi yang lebih besar di sektor properti.
paket ini bertujuan untuk menggerakkan sektor riil kita yang akhirnya memberikan pondasi untuk lompatan kemajuan perekonomian kita ke depan.
