tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keakurasian luas lapangan penyinaran pada pesawat sinar x di puskesmas wilayah jakarta selatan.kemudian hasil perhitungan dianalisis dengan keputusan menteri kesehatan republik indonesia nomer 1250/MENKES/SK/XII/2009.
penelitian ini dilakukan di instalasi radiologi di tiga puskesmas wilayah jakarta selatanpada bulan april 2014 menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.metode pengumpulan data pergeseran dan arah penyimpangan yang terjadi dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat collimator alignment test tool dan beam alignment test tool.
hasil perhitungan dari penelitian di puskesmas jagakarsa, pesanggrahan, dan mampang prapatan didapat hasil pergeseran dari anoda dan katodamasing-masing sebesar 1,2%, 2%, dan 1,3%.sedangkan pergeseran medial dan lateral masing-masing sebesar 0,3%,3,2%dan 1,2%. dimana nilai tersebut masih dalam batas toleransi, kecuali di puskesmas kecamatan pesanggrahan. dan hasil uji keakuratan arah sinar didapatkan hasil penyimpangan arah ebesar 0,5', 2,8', dan 1,4'. ketiga puskesmas tersebut masih dalam batas toleransi yaitu
