Ruang lingkup Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 yang diterapkan di PT.ARMADA GEMA NUSANTARA meliputi seluruh aktivitas bisnis yang dikembangkan yaitu Penyewaan Kapal and Agensi Kapal. Bisnis tersebut dijalankan dan digerakkan melalui fungsi-fungsi yang dikembangkan mulai dari aktifitas pemasaran tender, operasional darat, penyediaan sumber daya manusia dan pelatihan, pengendalian sarana dan prasarana serta pengendalian proses pendukung lainnya.
