b. EPC CONTRACTOR menyampaikan semua dokumen terkait Pekerjaan; dan
c. EPC CONTRACTOR menyelesaikan serta melakukan pengujian atas hasil Pekerjaan, termasuk melakukan perbaikan cacat mutu (bila perlu).
Hanya Berita Acara Serah Terima Kedua yang dapat dianggap sebagai dokumen bahwa EPC CONTRACTOR telah menyelesaikan kewajiban dalam Perjanjian.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

a. maintenance Period ends; b. the EPC CONTRACTOR deliver all documents related work; and c. the EPC CONTRACTOR completed the test and perform over the results of the work, including repairs defective quality (if necessary). Only the second Handover Events which can be considered as a document that the EPC CONTRACTOR has completed its obligations in the agreement.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

a. The maintenance period ends;
b. EPC CONTRACTOR submit all documents related to work; and
c. EPC CONTRACTOR completed and testing of the results of work, including the improvement of quality defects (if necessary).
Only Handover Both of which can be regarded as a document that EPC CONTRACTOR has completed the obligations under the Agreement.
