Marilah kita panjatkan puji serta syukur kehadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, yang telah melimpahkan rahmat-Nya kepada kita sehingga kita dapat berkumpul di ruangan ini dalam keadaan sehat.
Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sering kita jumpai sampah-sampah berserakan dimana-mana. Di tempat-tempat umum, disekitar rumah kita, atau di kelas selalu ada sampah. Terkadang kita tidak peduli dengan sampah. Sebenarnya sampah adalah masalah besar untuk kita.
Sampah terdiri dari sampah organik dan sampah non organik. Sampah organik adalah sampah yang dapat mengalami pembusukan dan dapat diuraikan oleh pengurai, sampah organik misalnya guguran dedaunan. Sedangkan sampah non organik adalah sampah yang tidak dapat mengalami pembusukan dan tidak dapat diuraikan oleh pengurai. Sampah non organik dapat terurai melalui pembakaran. Sampah non organik misalnya plastik.
Terkadang kita memakan makanan yang ada bungkusnya, setelah selesai makan, kita langsung membuang bungkus makanan tersebut dengan sembarangan, kita tidak peduli dengan bungkus makanan tersebut, sebenarnya itu akan menjadi masalah besar. Sampah-sampah yang disengaja dibuang di sembarang tempat akan menimbulkan pengaruh yang buruk untuk kita, masyarakat yang tinggal di pinggiran sungai, mayoritas membuang sampah di sungai. Sampah-sampah yang dibuang di sungai, akan menimbulkan pendangkalan pada sungai karena sampah-sampah mengendap di dasar sungai dan akan menyumbat saluran-saluran air, kemudia saat musim hujan akan terjadi banjiran.
Sampah-sampah sebenarna tidak hanya menimbulkan hal yang buruk untuk kita, tetapi juga memberikan keuntungan untuk kita, jika kita dapat memilahnya dan mengolahnya dengan baik. Sampah organik dapat kita gunakan sebagai pupuk kompos, sedangkan sampah non organik dapat di daur ulang kembali untuk dijadikan barang baru lagi.
Marilah bersama-sama menanggulangi sampah-sampah, agar lingkungan kita menjadi bersih dan indah. Demikian pidato dari saya, saya ucapkan terima kasih.

While non-organic waste is waste that can not decay and can not be broken down by decomposers. Non-organic waste can be decomposed by combustion. Non-organic waste plastic for example.
