RSUD Tugurejo merupakan salah satu rumahsakit di kota Semarang. Secara dalam jabatan rumah sakit Tugurejo Semarang ini sangat strategis karena terletak pada jalur padat dengan potensi rawan kecelakaan cukup tinggi, dikelilingi oleh lingkungan pemukiman dan perumahan yang padat serta dilingkupi sentra industri besar antara lain ; Kawasan Industi Wijaya Kusuma, Kawasan Industri Tugu Indah, Kawasan Industri Candi dan Kawasan Guna Mekar Industri. RSUD Tugurejo merupakan Rumah Sakit Kelas B milik Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah, yang terletak di daerah Tugu kecamatan Semarang Bagian Barat dengan kapasitas tempat tidur sejumlah 323 tempat tidur . Luas tanah 36,566 m2 , luas bangunan 15.381 m2 terdiri dari gedung rawat jalan.

RSUD Tugurejo Semarang memiliki gedung IGD, 8 bangsal perawatan , kamar bedah , kamar bersalin, bagian penunjang, kantor ,auditorium dan wisma. Rumah sakit ini terletak pada ruas jalur utama Semarang – Jakarta yang merupakan jalur utama pantai utara Jawa antara Semarang Kendal, tepatnya pada Jalan Raya Walisongo Semarang. Melalui pendekatan mutu, RSUD Tugurejo selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan mutu pelayanannya di seluruh jajaran Rumah Sakit (Hospital Wide Quality Improvement).
