Pada penelitian ini, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Sampling jenuh. Jadi, semua mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Unnes angkatan 2013 merupakan sampel pada penelitian ini. Variabel – variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel eksogenus (X) yaitu: motivasi berprestasi (X1), peran orang tua (X2), dan Persepsi profesi guru (X3), serta variabel endogenus (Y) yaitu: Eksplorasi karir (Y1) dan Minat Menjadi Guru Akuntansi (Y2). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, metode kuesioner (angket) dan metode dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji kesesuaian (Goodness of Fit).
