The research aims to study the relationship between leadership style and interpersonal communication principals, either individually or jointly, with work motivation of teachers. The experiment was conducted in a unified Islamic junior high school (SMPIT) east of Jakarta baby with survey research methods. Survey respondents amounted to 28 teachers SMPIT Baby East Jakarta. Data were collected through questionnaires instrument, which includes: teacher work motivation questionnaire, questionnaire principal leadership style and interpersonal communication questionnaire principal. Testing the validity and relibailitas instrument using product moment correlations and Cronbach alpha. Data were analyzed with regression and correlation, either simple or double. First, the results of data processing by using software IBM SPSS version 20.0 for leadership style variable (x1) obtained the results of the count t = 3,430 bigger than t table = 2.060 for n = 28, so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. From this study proved significantly leadership style variable (x1) has a significant influence on work motivation variable (y). second, of the results if the data using IBM SPSS software version 20.0 for interpersonal communication variable (x2) the results obtained t count = 2,078 bigger than t table = 2.060 for n = 28, so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. From this study proved to be a real variable interpersonal communication (x2) has a significant influence on work motivation variable (y). Third, the results of data processing by using software SPSS version 20.0 for windows to the ANOVA test results obtained F count = 6308> f table = 3,385 so Ho rejected and accepted Hz. From this study proved that there is significant influence of leadership style and interpersonal communication together on work motivation high school teacher's first integrated islam baby Kramatjati, East Jakarta. The R square of 0.335, indicating that amounted to 33.5% variable leadership style and interpersonal communication together have a significant impact on employee motivation while the remaining 66.5% related to other factors that are not observed by the author.
