Selanjutnya dilakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan biaya dan waktu menggunakan tiga indikator dalam pendekatan analisis varians sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan dari hasil perhitungan sampai minggu ke 25 yaitu BCWS = Rp 12.791.574,64 ACWP = Rp 95.594.014,92 dan BCWP = Rp 95.594.014,92 serta CV = Rp 0,00 dan SV = Rp 82.802.440,27 artinya pekerjaan terlaksana tepat sesuai jadwal dengan biaya lebih rendah daripada anggaran.
