ABSTRACT Construction projects have unique characteristics that hold on to the three constraints (triple constraints): specification, cost, and time. The success of a project requires a good management system to control the execution of the project. Research done on construction service contractor installation of aluminum and glass expansion project Soekarno-Hatta Airport's Terminal 3. By taking the data in to the eleven, the installation process of aluminum and glass belong to PT. Panca Mitra Abadi (PMA) experienced a delay, where the project is scheduled to be completed in months to sixteen. Research methods used in reference to the existing BODY of KNOWLEDGE on the stage of the fifth Edition. The processing of the data used in this research method using Earned Value Management (EVM) which integrate cost and time. In doing this research begins with the observation, study of literature directly related with stakeholders. The results showed that the performance of the project (performance index) up to eleven months only of 0.817 and based on the calculation of Time Estimate to Complete (EACt) predicted the project will experience delays of fourteen weeks. To address delays in the project time trimming method used that is Crashing the Program approach to Duration-Cost Trade Off that aims to restore the job in the schedule have been made. Using a method of calculation, the Program Crashing is done by calculating the difference in cost (cost slope) as well as add resources so that a project will be completed according to the schedule have been made.Key words: construction project, Earned Value Management, Crashing the Program
