Persoalan gagalnya penjaringan susp

Persoalan gagalnya penjaringan suspek di Kabupaten Jember tahun 2015 ada pada aspek proses poin pelaksanaan (actuating) yakni keberadaan mitra dengan kader. Dengan kata lain, puskesmas yang tidak memiliki mitra dengan kader berisiko 26 kali mengalami kegagalan penjaringan suspek TB dibandingkan puskesmas yang telah memiliki kader. Oleh sebab itu penting bagi puskesmas untuk memiliki mitra dengan kader guna mengatasi persoalan penjaringan suspek TB.
