Dari 74 responden tersebut, hanya 16% responden menyebutkan menjadi anggota KSP yang dikembangkan ADP Keerom, selebihnya 84% menjadi anggota KSP di luar fasilitasi ADP Keerom. Seperti KSP di Distrik Arso Timur difasilitasi dalam pengembangan kapasitas dan bantuan sarana kantoroleh ADP Keerom sejak KSP tersebut berubah menjadi Credit Union (CU). Dengan demikian bisa dimengerti jika masyarakat di distrik Arso Timur CUnya lebih berkembang besar dibanding 3 distrik lain yangmasih dalam bentuk KSP.
