Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja prajurit dfi satuan Hubdam IM. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 58 personel dari Hubdam IM. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 17. Teknik sampling yang digunakan berdasarkan pada sampel yang diambil dari populasi yang ada di satuan Hubdam IM dengan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dengan analisis faktor, uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach. Selanjutnya diulakukan pengujuan melalui analisis korelasi, analisis determinasi dan uji hipotesa dengan tujuan untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh posistif terhadap kinerja prajurit di satuan Hubdam IM.

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and motivation of work on performance of units Hubdam dfi soldier IM. Data collection was done through the dissemination of a questionnaire and carried out on personnel from 58 Hubdam IM. Data analysis in this study uses the help of the program SPSS version 17. The sampling techniques used are based on samples taken from the population that exists in the Hubdam unit testing techniques with IM data used in this study include the test validity with the analysis of the factors of reliability, test with a Cronbach Alpha. Next diulakukan pengujuan through the analysis of the correlation, analysis of determination and test hypotheses with the aim to prove the hypothesis of the study.The results of the analysis show that leadership and motivation of working effect posistif on performance of soldiers in units of Hubdam IM.
