Dulu mulai dari kecil (SD) sampai SMA saya termasuk orang pendiam dan tidak mempunyai terlalu banyak teman. Tidak terlalu banyak bicara, hanya bicara seperlunya saja. Ketika itu saya termasuk orang rumahan yang jarang bersosialisasi dengan banyak orang. Meskipun tidak punya banyak teman, tetapi masih ada orang bisa menjadi sahabat untuk bercerita. Setelah masuk kuliah di Fakultas Keperawatan ini, saya merasa bahwa kita harus memiliki rasa peduli yang lebih tinggi kepada orang lain. Jadi mau tidak mau, kita harus berani mengajak orang asing untuk saling berkomunikasi. Memang komunikasi intrapersonal memang tidak mudah dilakukan, karena terkadang mood sering berubah-ubah sehingga melatih saya bagaimana menstabilkan
