1. Agar tidak terjadi demonstrasi secara anarkis sebaiknya para demonstran harus mempunyai kreatifitas, sehingga tanpa harus ricuhpun aksi mereka akan mendapat sorotan media dan aspirasi mereka dapat di perhatikan.
2. Para pendemo juga harus mempunyai mental yang baik, mereka tidak boleh gampang terprofokasi terhadap oknum-oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab.
3. Media massa seharusnya tidak terlaru menyorot demo-demo yang anarkis karena itu akan menimbulkan anggapan bahwa demo yang tidak anarkis tidak akan di sorot oleh media. Itu juga akan membuat para pendemo terprofokasi untuk ikut-ikutan anarkis.
4. Aparat seharusnya tidak boleh gampang terprofokasi oleh pendemo. Aparat harus lebih sabar dan arif untuk menghadapi pendemo. Jangan malah memperkeruh suasana dengan ikut-ikutan berbuat brutal dengan membabi buta. Aparat juga harus menghukum pihak-pihak yang berbuat anarki dengan hukuman yang menjerakan. Sehingga mereka akan berfikir lang untuk berbuat anarkis.
5. Sebaiknya sekolah memberi pemahaman kepada mahasiswa arti demonstrasi yg sebenarnya, kampus-kampus lebih sering mengadakan seminar tentang demonstrasi agar mahasiswanya dapat mengekspresikan kepeduliannya terhadap pemerintahan dengan cara yang baik dan elegan.
