Kota Magelang merupakan salah satu kota dengan produksi kreatifitas dan inovasi yang cukup tinggi di Jawa Tengah, sejak 2004 hingga 2014 sudah tercatat sebanyak 186 karya dari masyarakat yang mampu dijaring dan dikompetisikan melalui Kantor Penelitian Pengembangan dan Statistik Kota Magelang. Namun peningkatan kuantitas tersebut belum diimbangi dengan peningkatan kualitas produk pemanfaatan hasil-hasilnya sehingga penting untuk dilakukan kajian terhadap permasalahan ini. Salah satu hasil kreatif tersebut adalah UKM Batik Tuguran Warna Alam (BTWA). Kajian bertujuan untuk memberikan upaya pemecahan masalah dalam peningkatan pemanfaatan hasil kreatifitas dan inovasi masyarakat pada UKM Batik Tuguran Warna Alam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif eksploratif. Data empiris diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam semi terstruktur dan data sekunder dari tinjauan pustaka. Hasilnya produksi UKM Batik Tuguran Warna Alam sudah mampu berjalan, namun masih diperlukan pembentukan lembaga inkubasi bisnis untuk hasil kreatifitas dan inovasi di Kota Magelang.

As a result the production of Batik the natural Color Tuguran SMES have been able to walk, but still required the establishment of business incubation for results Institute of creativity and innovation in the town of Magelang.
