dengan cara melakukan diskusi-diskusi, baik itu internal organisasi atau diskusi umum semacam seminar yang mempertemukan banyak pihak, seperti tokoh pemuda, tokoh agama, tokoh politik, akademisi, tokoh masyarakat,beberapa NGO dan bahkan pihak yang sedang berkonflik. Tidak hanya diskusi tapi melakukan penelitian adalah suatu keharusan bagi NC sebagai dasar dalam pencegahan konflik dan pengembangan sosial.

by way of conducting discussions, whether it's internal organization or public discussion sort of seminars which bring together numerous parties, like the character youth, religious figures, political figures, academics, community leaders, NGOS and even some of the parties are in conflict. Not only discussion but doing research is a must for NC as a basis in the prevention of conflict and social development.
