Adapun Prioritas Program Tahunan Kabupaten Malinau, yaitu :
1. Peningkatan dan pembangunan aksesibilitas jaringan jalan di wilayah perbatasan Kalimantan Utara.
a. Tujuan : Meningkatkan aksesibilitas kawasan
b. Sasaran : Peningkatan aksesibilitas jaringan jalan dengan tujuan untuk lebih meningkatkan perekonomian dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat secara merata
c. Bentuk Aktivitas : Melakukan pembangunan jalan baru, perbaikan jalan, pelebaran jalan, peningkatan kualitas, pemeliharaan secara rutin dan berkala
