Fokus dari program BaliRungu adalah

Fokus dari program BaliRungu adalah melakukan pencegahan primer dengan membuka akses kesehatan telinga bagi para siswa dan masyarakat di desa terpencil. Pencegahan primer ini selain dilakukan dengan Baksos Bersih Telinga (BBT), dilakukan juga edukasi dan sosialisasi bagi para siswa dan masyarakat sehingga mereka sadar mengenai pentingnya kesehatan pendengaran dan dapat menerapkan perilaku peduli kesehatan pendengaran. Dengan tumbuhnya kesadaran mereka, maka masyarakat di desa tersebut akan tetap melakukan program kesehatan telinga ini secara mandiri dan berkesinambungan setelah program selesai.
