Dalam proses modifikasi dibuat 6 model menggunakan software JavaFoil, setiap model airfoil yang dimodifikasi memiliki karakteristik aerodinamika yang berbeda-beda, setelah itu dipilih 3 model modifikasi yang memiliki karakteristik yang terbaik yang selanjutnya akan diuji pada wind tunnel hal ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan hasil analisis menggunakan software javafoil dan wind tunnel pada airfoil yang telah dimodifikasi. Setelah melakukan modifikasi dan analisis maka dipilihlah airfoil MOD 1 yang memiliki karakteristik yang baik dengan CL maksimum 3,001.
