Faktor pertama yaitu jenis varietas dengan tiga taraf yaitu V1: Pioneer 27, V2: Pioneer 21 dan V3: Bonanza. Faktor kedua adalah jenis isolat P. fluorescens dengan tiga taraf yaitu P1: tanpa aplikasi P. fluorescens, P2: isolat P. fluorescens (A) dan P3: isolat P. fluorescens (B).
