Abstract
The learning process can only take place in the presence of both improved communications between teachers and students. It is undeniable that in the learning process, students face obstacles in solving the problems faced. The role of teachers as teachers (communicator) would be an important point in providing solutions to the problems faced by students, therefore it takes a 2-way interaction so that their feedback between teachers and students. Effective communication indicate a positive interaction between teachers and students so that could be a solution to help students find the solution of the problem.
Keywords: communication, problem student, studying process A. Introduction Student problem Majid (2014) teachers rightly understand all aspects of private learners as 1) kecerdasana and special talents; 2) achievement since the beginning of the school; 3) physical development and health; 4) the tendency of emotion and character; 5) the attitude and interest in learning; 6) ideals; 7) study habits and work; 8) hobby and use of leisure time; 9) social relationships at school and at home; 10) family background; 11) neighborhood; and 12) the special characteristics and learning difficulties students. Not only that, the teachers also conduct an evaluation at any time to see the progress and condition of learners during the learning process, including if students face difficulties in the learning process. Sugiyono (2013) revealed that the problem can be interpreted as a deviation between what is supposed to correct -benar occur, between theory and practice, between the rules and implementation, between the plan and execution. Kesuliatan learn a barrier to learners in achieving learning goals. Therefore, the level of difficulty of learning should be structured in such a way so as to encourage learners to cope appropriately kesuliatn learn. Learning Process According majid (2014) in his book, Learning is a series of events (events) yng affect learning so that learning can take place easily . On the same side, educational interaction is the interaction of conscious and has a goal to educate in order to usher in learners towards maturity. Edikatif process has the following characteristics: 1) There is a goal to be achieved; 2) There is a message to be transferred; 3) There is a student; 4) There is a teacher; 5) There is a method; 6) There is a situation; 7) There is a valuation. In the process of learning to communicate the message of teachers to students in order that messages can be received well and affect the understanding and changes in behavior. Thus the success of the learning process is highly dependent on the effectiveness of the learning process that occurs in the learning. Communication Mmenurut Stephen covey in majid (2014) communication is a skill that is very important in our lives. The most important element in communication not just on what we write or say, but in our character, and how we notice the message to pemerima message. Basically, communication is a process of delivering information. The importance of communication in the learning expected to address the problems faced by students in the learning of mathematics. B. Student Problems in mathematical learning Majid (2014) the teacher should try to make students actively in the learning process. To cultivate students' activity, should be raised to stimuli that can be question and answer, practice and practice, drill, making summaries, criticism and commentary, as well as giving the project (task). In the learning process, as occurred in the communication, any feedback is important. Proper feedback from the teacher can be a trigger for the spirit of the students, the strengthening of the correct answer, straighten out the wrong answers, make comments on the employment of students, and can also provide comprehensive feedback on student reformansi. The creation of the relationship between teachers and students are more familiar and advantageous especially in academic situations, the teacher and the student must have an attitude, namely: to know each other, be open, mutual trust and respect, as well as liver berkesungguhan teacher would guide the student. Irregularities on it can be a problem in the learning process will be. C. Effective communication Communication is said to be effective if there is a two-way flow of information between the communicator and the communicant, and the information is equally respond to the expectations of both the perpetrator of such communication. There are at least five aspects that need to be understood in building effective communication is clarity, accuracy, context, and culture groove. One pattern of structured teaching efficiently and effectively, it is necessary to do things that others do not provide support and assistance to students who are still having trouble at the right moment, that is, after the implementation of formative testing, and an effective way for the students concerned. In complete learning procedures, teacher duly taking steps such as students who have not reached the level of mastery required, should be given special assistance, such as help from friends who act as tutors, receive instruction in small groups, were told to study the textbook lai, take the unit Another lesson that has been programmed, and so on. Special form of aid or assistance given can vary, which is important according to the needs of students who are still having trouble. D. Closing Remark Communication as an information process resulted in a positive interaction between teachers and students (two-way interaction) so as to overcome the gap between expectation and reality is going to happen, and a solution to help find solutions to the problems of learners.
