Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kuadran satu dalam kinerja petugas instalasi farmasi perlu diprioritaskan karena dianggap penting oleh responden, kuadran kedua perlu dipertahankan karena kinerjanya sesuai dengan harapan responden, kuadran ketiga dinilai kurang penting oleh responden dan kinerja yang diberikan tidak terlalu baik, kuadran keempat dianggap kurang penting oleh responden dan kinerja yang diberikan terlalu berlebihan. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelayanan Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Islam Unisma Kota Malang menurut perhitungan NIK – NIH, Didapatkan hasil sebesar (-0,75) yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien berada dalam klasifikasi cukup.
