2.1 Pengantar Bisnis
2.1.1 Pengertian bisnis
Bisnis Merupakan organisasi yang menjual barang atau jasa kepada konsumen atau bisnis lainnya, untuk mendapatkan laba sebesar-besarnya. Secara historis, bisnis berasal dari kata business yang berasal dari kata dasar busy yang berarti “sibuk”. Dalam artian, sibuk mengerjakan aktivitas dan pekerjaan yang mendatangkan keuntungan. Dalam ekonomi kapatalis, kebanyakan bisnis dimiliki oleh pihak swasta, bisnis dibentuk untuk mendapatkan profit dan meningkatkan kemakmuran para pemiliknya.
Secara Etimologi, bisnis adalah keadaan dimana seseorang atau sekelompok orang sibuk melakukan pekerjaan yang menghasilkan keuntungan. Secara luas, bisnis adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh individu atau sekelompok orang ( organisasi) yang menciptakan nilai melalui penciptaan barang dan jasa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dan keuntungan yang maksimum melalui transakasi. Ada beberapa definisi bisnis dari beberapa tokoh diantaranya :

a. Menurut Hughes dan Kapoor : “ Business is the organized effort of individuals to produce and sell for a provit, the goods and services that satisfy societies needs. The general term business refer to all such efforts within a society or within an industry”, yang berarti bisnis adalah suatu kegiatan usaha individu yang terorganisasi untuk menghasilkan dan menjual barang dan jasa guna mendapatkan keuntungan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dan ada dalam industri.
b. Menurut Musselman dan Jackson: Bisnis merupakan suatu aktivitas yang memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan ekonomis masyarakat dan perusahaan diorganisasikan untuk terlibat dalam aktivitas tersebut.
c. Menurut Griffin dan Ebert : “ Business is an organization that provides goods or services in order toearn provit”, yang berarti bisnis merupakan suatu organisasi yang menyediakan barang dan jasa dan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan profit ( laba). (1996)
d. Menurut Allan Afuah : Bisnis adalah sekumpulan aktivitas yang dilakukan untuk menciptakan dengan cara menggembangkan dan mentransformasikan berbagai sumber daya menjadi barang atau jasa yang diinginkan konsumen. (2004).

2.1.2 Tujuan Bisnis
Dalam berbisnis atau berwirausaha tentu kita mempunyai tujuan, unuk sebelumnya kita harus berusaha mengolah bahan untuk dijadikan produk yang diperlukan oleh konsumen yaitu berupa barang dan jasa. Sedangkan, tujuan dari perusahaan adalah mendapatkan laba maksimum, yakni suatu imbalan yang diperoleh oleh perusahaan dari penyediaan suatu produk bagi para konsumen.

Broadly, a business is an activity that is performed by the individual or group of people (organizations) that creates value through the creation of goods and services to meet community needs and maximum profit through transakasi. There are several definitions of the business of some of the characters include:a. According to Hughes and Kapoor: "Business is the organized effort of individuals to produce and sell for a provit, the goods and services that satisfy societies needs. The general business terms refer to all such efforts within a society or within an industry ", which means business is an activity organized individual efforts to produce and sell goods and services in order to obtain an advantage in meeting the needs of the community and there is in the industry.b. According to Musselman and Jackson: business is an activity that meets the needs and desires of the economical society and companies organized to engage in such activities.c. According to Griffin and Ebert: "Business is an organization that provides goods or services toearn provit in order", which means business is an organization that provides goods and services and aims to generate profit (profit). (1996)d. According to Allan Afuah: is a set of Business activities conducted to develop stronger way of creating and transforming various resources into goods or services desired consumers. (2004).2.1.2 business goalsIn doing business or entrepreneurship of course we have a goal, we should seek prior to processing the material to make products needed by consumers, namely in the form of goods and services. Whereas, the purpose of the company is getting the maximum profit, i.e. a reward obtained by the company from providing a product for consumers.

2.1 Introduction to Business
2.1.1 Business Understanding
Business is an organization that sells goods or services to consumers or other businesses, to gain maximum profit. Historically, the business comes from word business is derived from the basic busy, which means "busy". In that sense, the busy activity and jobs that bring profits. In kapatalis economy, most businesses are owned by private parties, business formed to make a profit and increase the prosperity of their owners.
In etymology, the business is a situation where a person or group of people are busy doing work that produces a profit. Broadly, the business is an activity undertaken by an individual or group of people (organizations) that create value through the creation of goods and services to meet the needs of society and the maximum profit through the transaction. There are several definitions of several prominent businesses including:

a. According to Hughes and Kapoor: "Business is the organized effort of individuals to produce and sell for a provit, the goods and services that satisfy needs societies. The general terms of business refer to all such Efforts within a society or within an industry ", which means business is a business activity of individuals organized to produce and sell goods and services to gain an advantage in meeting the needs of society and exists in the industry.
B. According to Musselman and Jackson: Business is an activity that meets the needs and desires of the community and the company economically organized to engage in such activity.
C. According to Griffin and Ebert: "Business is an organization that Provides goods or services in order toearn provit", which means business is an organization that provides goods and services and aims to generate profit (profit). (1996)
d. According to Allan Afuah: Business is a set of activities performed to create a way menggembangkan and transform the resources into goods or services that consumers want. (2004).

2.1.2 Business Goals
In business or entrepreneurship course we have a goal, we must transform before trying to process the material to be used as a product required by consumers in the form of goods and services. Whereas, the purpose of the company is getting maximum profit, which is a remuneration derived by an enterprise of providing a product for consumers.
