The data used in this study are primary and secondary data consisting of primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed either directly or via the internet, namely online questionnaire and secondary data from information gathered from existing resources, namely the book or journal publications that support and related with this study. The sampling method used was probability sampling with random sampling (simple random sampling) with a total sample numbered 400 calculated by the formula Slovin of the population and with the Likert scale measurement. Data were analyzed using path analysis (path analysis) with a significance level of 5% on the normal distribution of data was tested with Kolmogorov-Smirnov test.
