10.3. Apabila uang muka belum dikembalikan seluruhnya sebelum penerbitan Berita Acara Serah Terima Pertama atau sebelum berakhirnya Perjanjian berdasarkan Pasal 19 Perjanjian, maka seluruh sisa uang muka yang belum dikembalikan menjadi jatuh tempo dan harus segera dibayarkan oleh EPC CONTRACTOR kepada
PROJECT OWNER.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

10.3. If the down payment is not yet completely reverted before publishing news first or the handover Event before the end of the Treaty under article 19 of the agreement, then the whole rest of the down payment that has not been returned be due and must be paid immediately by the EPC CONTRACTOR to PROJECT OWNER.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

10.3. If the down payment is not refunded in full prior to the issuance of the handover of the First or before the expiration of the Agreement under Article 19 of the Agreement, then the whole rest of advances which have not been returned becomes due and must be paid by the EPC CONTRACTOR
PROJECT OWNER.
