Demikian Surat Perjanjian Kerjasama

Demikian Surat Perjanjian Kerjasama ini dibuat dan ditandatangani oleh kedua belah pihak pada hari, tanggal, bulan, dan tahun tersebut dalam rangkap 2 (dua), masing- masing bermaterai cukup dan mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang sama sebagai asli. Dengan ditandatanganinya perjanjian ini segala hal yang telah disepakati kedua belah pihak sebelumnya baik secara lisan maupun tertulis, dinyatakan tidak berlaku.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

Thus the cooperation agreement is made and signed by both parties in the day, date, month, and year in 2 (two), each attorney is sufficient and has the same legal force as the original. With the signing of this agreement all things that have been agreed upon both parties both orally and in writing, are declared void.
