20. apabila setelah 30 (tiga puluh) hari kalender sejak barang datang dan dinyatakan sesuai dengan PO namun belum dapat dilakukan commissioning dikarenakan kendala dari Pertamina, maka Pemenang lelang dapat mengajukan invoicing dengan melampirkan surat pernyataan kesanggupan melakukan commissioning dan menambah jangka waktu performance bond.

If after thirty (30) calendar days as of goods coming in and stated in accordance with PO but haven't been able to do because of the constraints of the commissioning of Pertamina, the auction winner can file an affidavit of invoicing by attaching the ability perform commissioning and adds a period of performance of bond.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

20., If after thirty (30) calendar days after the goods arrive and found to comply with the PO but not able to do commissioning due to the constraints of Pertamina, the winner of the auction may submit invoicing together with a letter of statement commissioning and increase the period of performance bond.
