Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, maka didapatkan jumlah kebutuhan dosen ideal pada tahun 2015 sejumlah 68 orang, dengan sebaran pada tiap pogram studi adalah PS Budidaya Perairan 9 orang, PS Ilmu Pemerintahan 12 orang PS Ilmu Hukum 34 orang, PS PSP 2 orang, PS Ilmu Komunikasi 5 orang dan PS Agroteknologi 5 Orang. Sedangkan kebutuhan dosen ideal tahun 2016 sejumlah 74 orang, dengan sebaran kebutuahan ideal pada tiap pogram studi yaitu : PS Budidaya Perairan 10 orang, PS Ilmu Pemerintahan 13 orang PS Ilmu Hukum 37 orang, PS PSP 3 orang, PS Ilmu Komunikasi 6 orang dan PS Agroteknologi 6 Orang. Lebih rinci hasil perhitungan lengkap kebutuhan dosen ideal pada tahun 2015 dan 2016 disajikan pada Tabel 1.
