Hasil dari penelitian pada metode Refluks memiliki aktivitas toksik yang cukup tinggi pada konsentrasi 132,236 ppm dibandingkan dengan ekstrak maserasi pada konsentrasi 193,001 ppm. Hasil Kromatografi Lapis Tipis (KLT) menunjukkan bahwa pada ekstrak etanol dan fraksi etil asetat diduga terdapat senyawa triterpenoid.
