(vii) Salinan spesimen tandatangan penandatangan Faktur Pajak;
(viii) Salinan bukti pengiriman spesimen tandatangan Faktur Pajak;
(ix) Copy NPWP
(x) Salinan Perjanjian dan perubahannya (if required); and
(xi) Salinan Berita Acara Pemeriksaan atau dokumen pendukung lainnya yang menyatakan telah dilakukan pemeriksaan dan disetujui oleh
PROJECT OWNER.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

(vi) Copy of Letter of endorsement Taxable Employers; (vii) a copy of the specimen signature of the signing of the Tax Invoice;(viii) a copy of the proof of delivery signature specimen of the Tax Invoice;(ix) Copy of NPWP(x) a copy of the agreement and its changes (if required); and(xi) a copy of the News of the proceedings or other supporting documents certifying examination has been conducted and approved by the PROJECT OWNER.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

(vi) Copy of Letter VAT collector;
(vii) A copy of the specimen signature of signers of Tax Invoice;
(viii) Copy of proof of delivery of the specimen signatures Tax Invoice;
(ix) Copy of TIN
(x) A copy of the Agreement and amendments (if required); and
(xi) A copy of the Minutes of Investigation or other supporting documents stating been inspected and approved by the
PROJECT OWNER.
