Sate bulayak adalah sate khas Pulau Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat, yang terbuat dari daging sapi berlumur bumbu khas Lombok dan disajikan bersama lontong (bulayak). Bumbu sate tersebut terbuat dari kacang tanah sangrai tumbuk yang direbus bersama santan serta beberapa bumbu dapur lainnya sehingga rasanya mirip bumbu kari.
