tanpa ada maksud untuk memberi alasan, saya stand by full day di sampoerna pada hari jumat, dimana sebagian besar karyawan ada di rumah, dan kondisi barang pada saat keluar itu baik dan saya sangat berharap bagi penerima barang yang stand by di agro pada saat itu untuk juga memberitahukan apabila ada masalah pada saat removal. Tetapi sangat disayangkan tidak ada laporan sama sekali dan seharusnya hal tersebut dikomplaint pada saat barang datang dan terjadi cacat barang.

tetapi laporan ini baru saya ketahui dari gaby pada hari selasa, tgl 18 August 2015 (3-4 hari) setelah removal, dan langsung saya tindak lanjutin komplaint ini ke pihak removal, dan mereka sudah memberi konfirmasi untuk penggantian 3 kali lipat dari harga per cbm.

Kim juga menyampaikan hal ini melalui susi dan sudah saya informasikan juga ke bu susi.
