Kegiatan mengkomunikasikan hampir laksanakan oleh guru setiap kali pembelajaran. Kegiatan mengkomunikasikan dalam subtema: “keunikan daerah tempat tinggalku” dilaksanakan melalui presentasi (lisan) dan kegiatan menulis pengalaman/ cerita (tertulis). Hal ini sesuai dengan yang disampaikan dalam Permendikbud Nomor 81A Tahun 2013, adalah menyampaikan hasil pengamatan, kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil analisis secara lisan, tertulis, atau media lainnya.
Kegiatan presentasi ada yang dilakukan secara indidual untuk tugas individu dan juga perwakilan kelompok. Guru juga memberikan umpan balik/klarifikasi terhadap jawaban siswa yang dipresentasikan. Sebagaimana dikemukakan Majid (2014, p.234) menjelaskan kegiatan mengkomunikasikan ini dapat diberikan klarifikasi oleh guru agar peserta didik mengetahui secara benar apakah jawaban yang dikerjakan sudah benar atau ada yang harus diperbaiki.
