Tes penyaringan untuk memeriksa kelainan perdarahan diantaranya adalah aPTT. aPTT adalah pemeriksaan untuk mendeteksi kelainan dari faktor-faktor pembekuan darah jalur intrinsik dan jalur bersama dengan menggunakan bahan pemeriksaan plasma sitrat. Bahan plasma sitrat untuk pemeriksaan koagulasi memiliki ketahanan hingga 2 jam karena waktu paruh faktor pembekuan yang terdapat dalam plasma memiliki waktu paruh yang berbeda. Untuk waktu paruh faktor V adalah 12-36 jam sedangkan faktor VIII adalah 10-14 jam. Namun, dibeberapa laboratorium pemeriksaan aPTT tidak dilakukan sehingga di rujuk ke laboratorium lain, yang menyebabkan sampel tertunda. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh penundaan plasma sitrat terhadap pemeriksaan aPTT. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu. Dilakukan pemeriksaan aPTT pada plasma sitrat yang diberikan 4 perlakuan. Plasma sitrat yang ditunda 0 jam atau diperiksa segera, ditunda 4 jam, 10 jam , dan 12 jam orang normal. Pengukuran aPTT dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode manual. Dari data hasil penelitian dengan uji One Way Anova diperoleh hasil plasma sitrat yang diperiksa segera rata-rata nilai aPTT 24,00 detik, untuk yang ditunda 4 jam rata-rata nilai aPTT 24,83, untuk sampel yang ditunda 10 jam rata-rata nilai aPTT 26,83 detik, Sedangkan yang ditunda 12 jam rata-rata nilai aPTT yaitu 26,50 detik. Setiap perlakuan ini tidak memiliki perbedaan yang bermakna. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh penundaan plasma sitrat terhadap pemeriksaan aPTT.

Each treatment has no significant difference. From these results it can be concluded that there is no influence on the examination postponement citrate plasma aPTT.
