. Pengetahuan seseorang berpengaruh kepada perilaku tindakan/ praktik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan tentang ganja dengan tindakan pencegahan penyalahgunaan ganja pada siswa Sekolah menengah atas Negeri 1 Nisam Kabupaten Aceh Utara tahun 2015. Rancangan penelitian cross-sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 210 orang. Subjek penelitian diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan uji chi-square. Sebagian besar siswa SMA Negeri 1 Nisam Kabupaten Aceh Utara tahun 2015 memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang ganja sebanyak 74,8% dan tindakan pencegahan baik terhadap penyalahgunaan ganja sebanyak 41,9%.
