Sistem manajemen produksi dalam usaha peternakan ayam pedaging terdiri dari lima indikator, yaitu bibit, pemeliharaan, perkandangan, pemberian pakan dan pengendalian penyakit. Analisa usaha dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari BEP rupiah/periode, BEP unit/periode, B/C ratio dan PP. Hasil analisa finansial yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa usaha peternakan ayam pedaging pola kemitraan dan mandiri dari masing-masing sepuluh sampel tersebut layak untuk diusahakan. Layak diusahakan karena BEP Harga, BEP unit, B/C Ratio menunjukkan nilai positif dan nilai PP kurang dari nilai PP maksimum. B/C Ratio dari masing-masing peternakan ayam pedaging pola kemitraan dan mandiri menunjukkan B/C Ratio > 0 berarti usaha tersebut layak
