F: I would like to thank you for this opportunity. I am Fikri. I am 20 years old. I hold a bachelor degree in economy, at University of Gunadarma. I am a hard worker and have big responsibility.
A: Ok!, Fikri what is your strangeness and weaknesses?
F: My time management skill is good. I am an organized person and I always done my work in time but I don’t like work in deadline therefore I always do my task well ahead of schedule.
A: In your opinion, what does success mean?
F: For me success is a thing that needs a process and consistency. In addition, Success is when you can be useful for someone else. So if I work well and it can effect well to the company and society I am a successful man.
A: How do you handle your stress and pressure in your job?
F: I am not a person who gets stress easily. I always prioritize my responsibility. I know what I should do. It helps me manage the pressure in my job.
A: Where do you want to be in five years from now?
F: I want to develop my skill and my career here. I hope I can make my dream comes true by working in this company.
A: Why are you interested in working for this company?
F: I know this is a good company which is engaged in public service. I also interested in this company’s motto that our priority is the consumer’s pleasure. So beside work for myself I can help the people as our consumer, especially children that become the priority.
A: You have worked in PT. Angkasa but why did you quit your previous job?
F: I can’t grow to be a good employer in my last previous company. I want to find a new challenge and situation so that I can develop my skill and give a good contribution for this company.
A: Why do you want this job?
F: I found myself that I have a good qualification to work in this company as an accountant. Moreover, I have experience as an accountant in my previous company.

F: I know that this company needs an employer who has a good qualification and high motivated. I believe that I am qualified for that position. Moreover, I am good in work as a team or individually.
