Tiga bulan yang lalu saya pernah mengunjungi salah satu objek wisata yang ada di daerah Baturaja, tepatnya berada di Desa Padang Bindu Kecamatan Semidang Aji, jaraknya hanya sekitar 35 km dari Kota Baturaja. Nama tempat wisata tersebut adalah Gua Putri. Saya pergi kesana bersama 3 orang teman saya. Jarak yang kami tempuh dari Kota Baturaja menuju Goa Putri hanya sekitar 1 jam. Sepanjang perjalanan mata kami di manjakan dengan pemandangan yang hijau dan udaranya yang sangat sejuk. Selain itu, sebelum kami sampai ke tempat Objek Wisata Gua Putri, di sebelah kiri terdapat Sungai Ogan yang sangat terkenal di daerah Baturaja. Saat akan tiba di gua putri, kami melewati 1 jembatan yg sangat kokoh, dari jembatan itu kami dapat melihat aktivitas sehari-hari masyarakat Desa Padang Bindu yang sedang mencari ikan, mencuci baju, dan mandi di sungai tersebut.
Salah satu yang menarik saat melintasi jembatan tersebut yaitu adanya fenomena sebuah batu yang seolah-olah tumbuh dan tertanam di tengah sungai. Batu unik itu saat ini sudah di tumbuhi oleh rerumputan. Batu unik tersebut oleh masyarakat sering di sebut sebagai batu putri. Menurut cerita dari penduduk sekitar yang kami temui, batu tersebut adalah penjelmaan dari seorang Putri yang bernama Putri Balian, Putri tersebut berubah menjadi batu karena sumpah seseorang yang sangat sakti yaitu si Pahit Lidah.
Tak hanya keindahan di luarnya saja, suasana di sekitar goa saat akan memasuki goa pun sangat menarik, suasananya sangat asri dan sejuk di tambah keindahan air yang mengalir dari dalam goa. Biaya yang perlu kita keluarkan pun terbilang cukup murah yaitu sekitar 5000 per orang.
Saat kami akan memasuki Goa Putri, dari luar terdengar suara seperti tetesan air, dan benar saja, saat kami telah berada di dalam, tubuh kami sering sekali terkena tetesan tersebut. Di dalam goa juga kami melihat banyak sekali terdapat Stalagtit dan Stalagmit. Tetapi kami harus berhati-hati, karna jalan yang di lalui di dalam goa agak licin karena adanya tetesan air dari atap goa. Selain pemandangan yg sejuk dan asri, di sana juga kami di manjakan dengan tempat-tempat yang bisa di jadikan tempat untuk berfoto. Kami tidak pernah melewatkan satu tempat pun untuk brfoto sebagai kenang-kenangan.
Saat kami telah keluar dari dalam Goa, kami tidak kesusahan mencari tempat untuk beristirahat, karena di luar goa sudah di sediakan tempat untuk bersantai, selain itu terdapat juga mushola dan toilet serta fasilitas lain. Wisatawan yang datang ke gua putri tidak hanya dari dalam kota saja, tetapi ada juga yang berasal dari luar kota. Sambil beristirahat, saya dan teman-teman menikmati bekal dan tak lupa pula menikmati suasana yang indah dan asri yang tidak kami temui di tempat lain.
