MEP secara berkelanjutan melakukan internalisasi kode etik atau Pedoman Perilaku dan penegakannya melalui komitmen Bersama Insan Mitra Energi Persada bertekad untuk mentaati kode Etik atau Pedoman Perilaku dengan cara bersikap dan berperilaku sesuai standar perilaku MEP, dan kode Etik atau Pedoman Perilaku menjadi salah satu faktor evaluasi dan penilaian kinerja pegawai MEP. Kode Etik atau Pedoman Perilaku harus di sosialisasikan kepada seluruh insan MEP serta stakeholders.

MEP continuously perform the internalization of a code of ethics or code of conduct and penegakannya through a shared commitment to Energy Partners Insan Persada determined to obey the code of ethics or code of conduct by way of being and behaving according to the standard behavior of the MEP, and a code of ethics or code of conduct became one of the factors the evaluation and assessment of the performance of the employees of the MEP. Code of ethics or code of conduct should be socialised to all insan MEP as well as stakeholders.
