KETENTUAN-KETENTUAN LAIN

18.1 Perjanjian ini menggantikan seluruh kesepakatan PARA PIHAK baik yang dibuat secara tertulis maupun lisan yang telah ada sebelumnya dan memuat seluruh kesepakatan PARA PIHAK tentang jual-beli tanah dan bangunan.
18.2 Perjanjian ini tidak berakhir karena salah satu pihak meninggal dunia atau buabar tetapi mengikat ahli waris atau pengganti hak maisng-masing pihak. Dalam hal PEMBELI meninggal dunia maka dalam jangka waktu 60 hari, ahli waris yang sah menurut Undang-Undang wajib memberika bukti keterangan waris. Segala beban dan biaya yang timbul berkenaan dengan pengalihan tersebut akan menjadi beban ahli waris.
18.3 PENJUAL hanya mengakui PEMBELI sebagai pihak dalam perjanjian ini dan tidak mengakui pihak lain meskipun hal tersebut diakui oleh PEMBELI.
18.4 Sepanjang tidak diatur lain di dalam AJB, maka segala sesuatu yang diatur dalam Perjanjian ini tetap berlaku dan mengikat PARA PIHAK serta pengganti hak masing-masing pihak.
18.5 Semua lampiran pada Perjanjan ini dan segala perubahannya merupakan suatu kesatuan yang tidak terpisahkan dengan perjanjian ini.
18.6 Apabila di kemudian hari ada hal-hal yang tidak atau elum cukup diatur dalam Perjanjian ini, maka akan diatur dalam suatu addendum/amendment yang merupakan satu kesatuan tidak terpisahkan dari perjanjian ini.
Demikianlah untuk terikat secara hokum, PARA PIHAK telah menandatangani Perjanjian ini pada hari dan tanggal sebagaimana tercantum pada awal perjanjian ini, dalam rangkap 2, masing-masing rangkap bermaterai cukup dan mempunyai kekuatan hukum.

So to be bound legally, THE PARTIES have signed this Agreement on the day and date as specified at the beginning of this agreement, in duplicate 2, each duplicate stamped and have the force of law.
