Dalam memberikan Layanan Penyediaan

Dalam memberikan Layanan Penyediaan Jasa Executive Talent Assessment & Development Program sehubungan dengan Perjanjian ini, SERVICE PROVIDER wajib dan bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya untuk melengkapi semua perizinan dari departemen/badan/instansi terkait yang berwenang yang diperlukan, baik sebelum maupun pada saat Layanan Penyediaan Jasa Executive Talent Assessment & Development Program dilakukan.

SERVICE PROVIDER membebaskan SERVICE USER dari segala gangguan, tuntutan, klaim maupun gugatan dari pihak ketiga manapun sehubungan dengan Perizinan yang diperlukan untuk melakukan Pelayanan Penyediaan Jasa Executive Talent Assessment & Development Program dan/atau penandatanganan Perjanjian ini.

Segala biaya yang timbul sehubungan dengan penyelesaian gangguan, klaim, tuntutan, gugatan dari pihak ketiga manapun tersebut diselesaikan dan ditanggung oleh SERVICE PROVIDER.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

In providing services the provision of the services of Executive Talent Assessment & Development Programs in connection with this agreement, SERVICE PROVIDER is mandatory and fully responsible to complete all permissions from the Department/Agency/relevant agencies the necessary authorities, either before or at the time of Service providing services Executive Talent Assessment & Development Program was conducted. SERVICE PROVIDER to free the USER from any SERVICE interruption, demands, claims or lawsuit from any third party in connection with the Permissions necessary to perform the service of providing the Service Executive Talent Assessment & Development Program and/or the signing of this agreement. All costs arising in connection with the resolution of the disruption, claims, lawsuits, demands of any third party that settled and paid by the SERVICE PROVIDER.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

In providing services Provision of Services Executive Talent Assessment and Development Program in connection with this Agreement, SERVICE PROVIDER mandatory and full responsibility to complete all the permissions of the department / agency / agencies authorized needed, both before and during Services Services Delivery Executive Talent Assessment & Development Program carried out. SERVICE PROVIDER liberate SERVICE USER from all distractions, demands, claims or lawsuits from any third parties with respect to the licensing required to do Services Services Delivery Executive Talent Assessment and Development Program and / or the execution of this Agreement. Any costs incurred in connection with the completion of interference, claims, demands, lawsuits from any third party are completed and are borne by the SERVICE PROVIDER.
