JURIDICAL REVIEW "CRIMINAL ACTS OF TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS (HUMAN TRAFFICKING) IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF HUMAN RIGHTS ".ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses how research setting criminal acts of trafficking in persons (Human Traffficking) in Indonesia as well as positive law is reviewed from the perspective of human rights (human rights) when seen in the book of the law of criminal law (CRIMINAL CODE), international conventions (international treaties and DUHAM) as well as other invitation-Militate related issues.This research uses the Juridical-Normative method with Descriptive approach Analistis.From the results of this research it can be concluded that prior to Act No. 21 of 2007 about the criminal acts of trafficking in persons, Indonesia does have some guideline militate-invitation. Among others: 2nd Sila Pancasila, article 324 of the CRIMINAL CODE and section 297, as well as Article 83 Act No. 23 of 2002 on child protection.In this case, too, the Government of Indonesia is obliged to provide legal protection to secure the rights of each of its citizens who work inside and outside the country. From the right to life, the right to education and the right to determine the way his own life and others.The international world, however, it is the United Nations (UN) has given serious attention to this humanity crime of (Human Trafficking) because it is considered as crimes against humanity and severe human rights violations. And in order to encourage as well as intensive supervision through a cross-sector of the UN Member States to provide legal protection and optimal service to the victims of the crime of trafficking in persons.Keywords: Crime, Human Trafficking and human rights
